The
Season Ticket
Sewell
and Gerry live in Gateshead. Theirs seems the perfect
partnership. Sewell is physically strong, Gerry is
small yet crafty. Neither has attended school for a
long time. Both are broke.
Sewell
and Gerry have only one purpose in life. They each
want a season ticket to see Newcastle United. And for
that they need money. Lots of money.
The
Season Ticket is the story of how they go about
getting it. A story of friendship, aspirations and
beauty in unexpected places, its very funny,
very sad and utterly convincing.
